The Space
House has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms: First floor bedroom has 2 twin beds & a day bed full bathroom, second story master suite with king bed, and large sitting room with sofa, private balcony, walk in closet and full attached bath with walk in shower ad jacuzzi tub, 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and full bathroom, 4th bedroom is a queen bed and full bathroom and private balcony, 5th bedroom has 2 twins with a futon with detached full bathroom.  Third floor is BR with queen and game room offers large balcony wet bar, pool table and queen size sleeper sofa. Main floor has a private media/home theater room, with recliner seating. There is fully equipped and stacked kitchen with 6 burner stove, sub zero fridge, wine cooler and ice maker. Eat-in kitchen, dining room and family room with fireplace. Private laundry room and attached 2 car garage. Outside kitchen is equipped with sink, fridge, stove and grill. Paved patio offers comfortable outdoor dinning under the sail shade with the Lake views. Outdoor shower, fire pit, watersports equipment, 70ft dock with attached flooding dock for Jet Ski.

Home is located walking distance to the beach, marina, boardwalk with aquarium, amusement parks, arcades and rides, mini golf, restaurants and bars. Also close to downtown Pt. Pleasant Beach with antique shops, amazing restaurants, bars and comedy club. Attached garage for 2 cars and private driveway for 4 cars. Also street parking. Easy boat or jet ski transportation.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
