Tenant Vacation Rental Damage Insurance


 All reservations include a $50 premium to Tenant for Vacation Rental Damage Insurance (provided through Generali Global Assistance and Insurance Services) that insures the tenant for unintentional damages caused to the rental property during their stay, up to a maximum of $3000, provided such damage is reported by the tenant to the Rental Agent prior to check-out. Owner, their contractors or cleaner may report damages to Rental Agent within 3 days of check-out. For all claims Owner must submit to Rental Agent all paid receipts for repairs/replacements that Owner has paid for.

House cleaning, lost badges, broken glass table/umbrella from wind, theft or other intentional damages or vandalism are examples of items not covered.
