Our newly remodeled home offers natural hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, central air, washer/dryer, four bedrooms, (3 - double beds, 1 set bunk beds), one full bath, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, game table & chairs, large family room/sun porch, thick cushioned window seat for naps and reading, ceiling fans and an outside private shower, large paved patio with patio furniture, gas grill and private parking.

You're invited to come and enjoy summertime fun down-the-shore, as well as quiet weekends with family and friends; girls get-away weekends; and surf fishing and boardwalk strolling in the cooler months.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
