A modern home offering open floor plan, all new furnishings, stylish decor. 1st level has sleeper sofa, 2nd floor is 2 bedrooms and master bedroom with a sleeper sofa and 4th bedroom (3rd floor) has 3 Futons: 2 Full, 1 Queen. Use of 6 beach badges included, along with a large yard for entertaining with new patio area, outdoor shower, grill and NEW FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON is a private swimming pool and awesome covered patio area! No pets. 

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Additional fees may also apply such as cleaning or pet fees (on pet friendly properties only). We proudly accept ALL PAYMENT types including all major credit cards! Cash discount may be available with a $25 fee instead of the processing fee please inquire. Best of all ZERO TAXES, as we are exempt from the NJ Vacation Rentals tax! 

Be sure to check "Guest Guide" for Arrival/Departure info, Vacation Rental Protection, Travel Insurance (optional) & Linen rental options!

Useful Information Provided by Homeowners
1. Check-in (3:00 PM): Please inform us immediately if the property appears dirty/damaged or there
are NOT 6 beach badges and 2 overnight parking passes in the drawer below the back kitchen
counter (by left side of the window). There should be 5 bikes in the shed and an air pump. If these
are damaged or stolen during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
2. Beach Badges: There are 6 beach badges (4 adults , 2 kids) for Jenkinson Beach included in
your rental. Please return all 6 badges when checking out. You are responsible for badges and will
be charged for all replacement fees (90 USD). 
3. Trash/Recycling: Trash must go out on Sunday and Wednesday nights. The Recycle bin
(Blue) must go out on Tuesday night. Please follow this schedule. Any fines imposed by the town
will be passed on to you. A $50 cleanup fee will be assessed for any overflowing or excessive
garbage and/or recyclables left upon checkout.
4. Wi-Fi: Network Information:  Provided at time of Check-In
5. Grill: Propane tank operated. Follow the instructions on the grill to turn on. Shut off the gas after
each use and clean the tray underneath before you check out. REMEMBER TO CLEAN UP AFTER
EACH GRILL USE!
6. Smoking: is NOT permitted inside the house. Please clean up cigarette butts outside before
checking out. A $500 fee will be deducted from your deposit if professional services are required to
clean up smoke residue.
7. Pets: are NOT allowed in or on the property.
8. Parking: You may park up to 2 cars on the driveway. Do NOT block the sidewalk. The town will
fine you.
9. Shed: The lock code is (provided at check-in). Please make sure to lock the shed. Please feel free to use the
bikes and any other games/toys that are there. Please make sure to close the umbrella when not in
use.
10. Homeowner closets: The downstairs closet by the bathroom, upstairs master closet and are
locked and reserved for the use of the owners only.
11. Cameras: The front entrance has a camera to monitor/prevent break-ins.
12. Remotes: There are 3 TV remotes (Living room, master bedroom, master be) and 3 cable box
remotes, and 1 A/V receiver remote downstairs. Please ensure all remotes are returned to the
appropriate rooms when checking out. There is also a bluetooth speaker by the kitchen counter and
a charging station for your use, please make sure that all cables remain with the station.
13. Front Door Deadbolt: to Unlock enter your 6 digit code, wait for lock to turn and lights to flash; to
Lock, press any key on the keypad and wait for the lock to turn and lights to flash.
14. Dishwasher: controls are located on the top of the dishwasher door. Please follow the
instructions.
15. Checking Out: (10:00 AM) Please leave the property in the same general condition as it was at
check-in - empty and clean the refrigerator, clean the dishes, dispose of trash and recyclables, put
patio furniture in the same configuration and lock all windows, shed and doors.
