Total Rental Cost: $6,775.00 per week

Additional fees may also apply such as cleaning or pet fees (on pet friendly properties only). We proudly accept ALL PAYMENT types including all major credit cards! Cash discount may be available with a $25 fee instead of the processing fee please inquire. Best of all ZERO TAXES, as we are exempt from the NJ Vacation Rentals tax!
Be sure to check "Guest Guide" for Arrival/Departure info, Vacation Rental Protection, Travel Insurance (optional) & Linen rental options!
There will be $125.00 charge due for any lost or damaged Beach Tags in cash form at time of check-out.
No Parking Permits provided as the driveway can park 7 vehicles.
All Garbage & Recycling must be removed from the house at check-out.
