Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

This rental property does not have guaranteed parking available. The Homeowner provides use of 5 parking permits to use during tenancy for available parking only in permitted areas. Parking permits will not allow guests to park in any area where there are paid parking meters. Please read posted signage throughout town to ensure you are in the correct parking areas.
