Available for Winter Rental Term Only, with term to be confirmed by Landlord but within October to May is typical. All applicants will be required to complete a rental application & a submit to a credit/background check ($25.00 fee). Monthly rental rate: $2,300.00 per month + 1.5 months security deposit. Tenants to pay utilities + cleaning fee at lease end.
